Hi Cowie. My wife bought me a PBC about a month ago and I love it.
So far we have done ribs, pork belly, chicken wings, and some whole chickens...all very successfully. I even did a mac and cheese last weekend.
I don't like the rubs they come with...not to my taste but I am trying to make my own ...

Hi all... I have just invested in a pit barrel cooker and I love it. Does the smoking thing, did some amazing chicken wings and was also successful with a 'mac and cheese' over the weekend.
