Just found this forum. Been bbqing for 18 months now on a weber 57cm master touch. Done a little bit of smoking via a bbq stacker with good results but have now added a wsm 47cm to push things a little further.
I have just found a local butchers which will do brisket at £5.99 a kg ...

Essex/London border? I'm in Hornchurch and will be trying Romford halal meat, I've been quizzing them about their brisket and they said £5.99kg.
