Cosham now, but a Gosport man for 30 years until the A32 was too much to bear.......Think we are in a bit of an BBQ desert, Brighton is the closest I have found for decent BBQ, as for good burgers I went to 6oz in Portsmouth as they had great reviews but they were terrible so its off to 5 guys in ...

Hi,
I have been reading these forums for a while so thought I would do the decent thing and register.
I have been bbqing for a few years and have also done a little smoking on a Weber kettle. Recently purchased a WSM so am hoping to get better results and cook/smoke more from now on.
