Thanks for that swebbo, I was in Otley yesterday and called in at Waitrose, they only had twopacks on the shelf, suffice to say they're both in my fridge now!!
Also, they're on sale, the racks cost me £1.38 and £1.71
No wrries I forgot Ocado was Waitrose stock, I'm only a few miles from Otley ...

Ocado deliver pretty good baby back, they also have beef ribs at the moment but they are marindaded, tasted good though

Yeah, starting to think I might have to put the pork in the oven when i start the ribs.

Overcrowding a Kettle
Ayeup :)
Just been delivered 3 babybacks and 2 beef short ribs from Ocado. Planning to put these on with a cheap 2kg pork shoulder from Morrisons. I think they will fit on one side, if i stack the ribs next to the shoulder for the last 4 hours of its cook.
Hoping to start at 5 or 6am tomorrow and ...

Loin Ribs are what the butchers ive been to know them as. but they are rare to find. Waitrose/ocado do them online, dunno how good they are.

Had these yesteray, didn't have any maple syrup so had them with Roadhouse barbecue sauce, they were the saltiest thing I've ever eaten
Maybe next time I should boil them first or something.

Are Bacon Ribs Baby Backs?
Went to the meat market in Bradford city centre, they had full racks of spares bigger than I've seen at any butchers and also big racks of what were labeled bacon ribs. Wasn't sure if it meant they were from the same part of the pig as bacon like i think baby backs ...

Thanks all for the info. I will defo ask before I chop out of courtesy. But after googling some websites and even a police information site I think I'm allowed to prune to my boundary. some of the branches are already almost in my shed
