We make our own sauce and marinade had to have friends bring back liquid smoke.
I always bring back seasoned salt as well as lemon pepper, both are a must have.
I also bring back those little basting mops, which are cheap in the US, I am originally from California so, there are things I require from ...

Smoked a piece of Lamb for my Turkish father in law, in my smoker, low and slow 250 degrees for 7-8 hours, meat came out perfect we sliced it and it was very tender.

Marinated in Olive Oil, Lemon Juice and black pepper over night and right into the smoker, used oak and ash, wonderful evening.

I agree ALDI, has excellent Brioche Buns, used them yesterday for a family get together and they were enjoyed by everyone.

Originally from US, and missed great BBQ, so I found BBQ MATES and bought a Smoker and Grill. Tore up backyard and made a great BBQ environment with outside wet bar and brick pizza oven. Both smoker and grill has seen extensive use during warm London weather, and 4th of July BBQ ...
