Cheers mate, looks interesting and cutting bottles is no issue I've donemike.read wrote:il post picks this week end, make sure you fill the bottle with water before you cut it, or things get interesting

I have two 5mm steel plates, one is cut to fit exactly in the oven and the other on my home made gas bottle BBQ.
Whack the oven up on full tilt and let the bad boy heat, then off you go and cook pizza.
Best thing is I got them cut free at a very good client of mine

That's awesome guys. The diamter on a 47kg bottle is 14 inches. Americans typically use LPG tanks, the type you have if you don't have mains gas, these are typically around 20 inches diameter or more.

Hey folks I'm currently designing and building an offset reverse flow smoker. The fire box is almost done, made out of 6mm steel plate all welded and bolted together.

I've just taken delivery of sheet of 4mm checker plate and some heavy duty angle iron, all second hand but in good nick.
