My normal supplier was out of stock so googled and came up with Liverpool wood pellets well what fantastic service 27kg delivered for £27.00 and arrived next day the guy even said if they weren't up to scratch he would refund!!! now in my mind that's how it should be done can't believe he's British ...

I cooked a brisket on my new lil tex yesterday what a failure very tough and no flavour HELP also did a rack of pork ribs and wow they were stunning wat did I do wrong with brisket ?
