Hi CHokKA, if you go to tescos butcher counter, you will see they do meaty spareribs, ask them for a whole one unsliced into individual ribs and they'll sell u one. I've used the 3-2-1 method with these, and they're great if you like them really fall off the bone tender. Good luck, you can't go ...

Hey Essexsmoker, nice to find someone from my neck of the woods! I froze a boneless pork butt from macros for a month. Defrosted it, took the netting off, took the rind off, tied it up again, cooked it on my uds, it was lum lum.
