Ham on the weber smokey mountain
Hello all
Can anyone give me any advice/tips on doing a ham on a weber smokey mountain? I have been tasked to do the ham on Christmas day and I have no idea how to do it!
Thanks

Re: Ireland/NI Role Call
Cheers guys. Will try Makro and also Haldane Fisher. May even take a look down south and borrow my father in law's van to bring up a load. Happy to share load with anyone interested.
Has anyone tried this: http://www.biocharireland.com/charcoal.html

Ireland/NI Role Call
Hi Solas
A bit late responding to you but was wondering if you had identified any good sellers of charcoal/lumpwood? I am from Belfast and am struggling to find a good local supplier.
Thanks

Hi Tiredjohn. Welcome.
I got a weber master touch a few weeks ago. Absolutely love it! Still learning how to control temps but really enjoying it!

Re: Pizza/Wings/Always Learning
I have been trying pizza too with mixed success. Got the weber pizza stone. Intend to order the Kettle Pizza from amazon soon and will post a review & photos. If anyone already has it I would be interested in hearing about it.
