Hi Rob, the wood that I have to offer isn't known for smoking but for cooking on. The wood is very dense and has an extremely low moisture content and only requires a few logs on to create very hot coals and no need for charcoal. Its called Kameeldoring ( Camelthorn tree) or Sekelbos (Sicklebush).

Hi there, I would like to know what date this event is on and am I able to have a stand there?
