Re: Traeger Lil Tex - Pellet Cooker
They seemed pretty approachable when I asked about discount codes, definitely worth an ask. Especially good as they do pellets and charcoal

Re: Dirty boy!
Why clean?
I clean the grill plates and that's about it. I do that when the cooker is hot and it can just be scraped off.

Re: Argh!!! No Charcoal
I have a big garage, just need to stock up next time I am at Booker. Any clues how often they get it in?
I've officially run out of Charcoal now, having used the last on a brisket I put on at 11 last night...

Re: Doing a party!
Thanks for the tips so far......this place really helps!
Whats the best way to get the Pork back to life? (and I dont mean literally ).......meat juices and apple juice, then foil and back on the smoker for 1/2 hr??
Just wanna try and ensure it remains as moist as when it was pulled if possible ...

Re: Doing a party!
I did a bit of a party on Sunday, had 13 people.
We had it all ready for peoples arrivals
That mean...
- Pork went on at 6:30am, came off at 3pm to be wrapped and put in the cooler. Pulled this about 5pm for sandwiches.
- RIbs went on a 9:45, foiled at 12:45, glazed at 2:45. They fell off the bone ...
