Sorry none of T&G one had to go in freezer.

I used heat beads on Saturday. Lit at 4am using the minon method and a BBQ guru run for 16 hours at 225F clay saucer in water pan. Not sure how much fuel is left. WSM 57cm.

Yes it looks great, very big piece. It's in the freezer now. Cooking the one I got from my local butcher which also looks amazing! Photo of that one on my Twitter. @Denno52

So Brisket was sent in packaging, but found out once I had bought another brisket from local butcher. So I have asked for a partial refund, but they are offering 10% off my next order.

They can get it to me for 9am Saturday but thats to late for me. People coming around from 4.

They phoned tonight they forgot to put the Brisket in my order, I'm not very happy. Got 10 people coming around on saturday, so going to try and buy one locally tomorrow.

Put my order in today, can't wait.

Heading up from Cornwall today. Going to the party tonight. We'll also be going to Brewdog for a few beer before the party. Dennis

Can't wait for this! Looking forward to meeting other BBQ fans, think my friends are getting fed up of me banging on!
