I bought a 57 OTP from them just before Christmas using their mail order as I live in N.Ireland. Very pleased with the service I received & would not hesitate to buy from them again. Hope that helps a bit.

Re: Perfect BBQ Shelter
I had thought about the B&Q shelter as well but after going to see one built at our local store it was very flimsy. It could be strengthened but then costs would increase.

Re: Merry Chistmas to All.
Merry Christmas all
Hope it's a tasty one, I'm planning my 1st ever Turkey on the Weber Kettle using the Jamie (weber guy) apple brine with big time gravy on YouTube.
Can't wait.
This will also be my 1st test with my PitmasterIQ so a lot of things could go wrong lol
Can't wait to see everyone's ...

Re: PitmasterIQ part info
Thanks Toby
I had thought of fitting the barb kit just to try to keep things tidy. I Just did not like the thought of that big ugly dog bowl hanging from the side of the Kettle
I'll do a bit more googling to see what appears.
Thanks Fizzy

PitmasterIQ part info
Hi
I recently bought a PitmasterIQ 110 with a standard Kettle adapter but as I have the Weber One Touch Premium with the ash catcher I was going to fit the Hose Barb Air Adapter connection, rather than take off the complete bottom alloy sections.
My question is this .... does anyone know if this ...

Hi Dennis, I'm new here as well but so far the response from members has been awesome.
Enjoy the Smokey Mountain .... something I would love but the cost is holding me back for a while

Re: Brisket time
The best news is it had a good taste which means, if you can't eat it now, it makes a superb chilli
I gotta thank Keith, I made a sweet/hot thingy and put the brisket into it ...... WOW I have never had anything with an immense flavour as this gave.

Re: Brisket time
Thanks again for all the advice.
I hope the next one will be a lot better although I did love the taste of this one. Just have to try the more fat on & more time in method.
Looking forward to the next attempt already
