I went to Gibsons a few months ago on a business trip to Chicago. I went there for steaks and I have to say it was one of the best i've had that I can remember (bone in ribeye, v. rare). I'd have to agree with you on Chicago Rib Shack. My first experience in London with BBQ was Bodean's in Chelsea (the one near chelsea stadium).
