Weber one touch Platinum and Rotisserie for sale
Hi all
I'm selling my used-to-be-beloved Weber Platinum and the charcoal rotisserie attachment. Tel-tru fitted to the lid plus craycourt cast iron grate system in place.
No longer used due to the BigJoe taking its place.

yes that's normal. It can spall off and fall on the food - that does happen sometimes in my kettle but never in my smokers. It does come off in big enough chunks to not be a problem.

My guess is its steamed garlic powder and MSG or something? Could be the phosphates.

We settled this at BBQ Fanatics with a side by side test. The results were
Third place: wrapped dry
Second place: no wrapping
First place: wrapped with wrapping mixture
