Just started on the WSM 57cm and love it (thank you for all the tips on this site!). I have seen some mods, specifically the temperature control by air flow devices. Could anyone suggest a good UK one please. I have seen the Pit masters and DidiQ etc and wonder what our UK versions are or ...
