Re: Wood pellet smoker/grill, where to buy?

Hello,
It goes up to 260 deg C and with the new one the drip tray can be adjusted to get more direct radiant heat. I would say it sears at least as well as my old Gasser, but one of the things I have done on this with a thick Veal steak was to smoke it till warm and then sear it to finish off. Wont ...

Re: Wood pellet smoker/grill, where to buy?

as a matter of interest lads.

What is the Daniel Boone like at direct grilling steaks, lamb cutlets etc.........?

I have a gas Broil King at the moment and would be selling this to help fund the pellet smoker.

Is the Daniel Boone still ok for direct grilling and not just smoking?

Re: Wood pellet smoker/grill, where to buy?

ive actually just found out that there's a place here in Ireland that is now selling the GMC Daniel Boone.

Ive emailed them and im awaiting a reply. Hopefully it's not too expensive, but the current currency exchange rate with the sterling is outrageous, so i could be in for a shock, and not a good ...

Wood pellet smoker/grill, where to buy?

hi lads,

Just wondering, is there any place where i can purchase a wood pellet smoker in the UK, or in Europe, once they ship to Ireland?

Ive found the place that sells the Big Mountain Grill, but id like to see if i have other options.

Any help would be great

Amaze-n smoker tube

Has anybody seen this gadget for sale in Europe?

I found a place in the US that sells it, and will ship, but the delivery cost is more than the actual tube.

buying bulk pellets

Alright lads,

im hopefully going to purchase a Green mountain Grills Daniel Boone in the not too distant future.

Now here's my query, the wood pellets. Ive used wood pellets before, but ive only ever been able to buy those tiny little BBQ Delight bags, and quite frankly, they'll end up running way ...

thermometer advice

Hi lads

Quick question, I'm on the look out for a decent but relatively inexpensive thermometer for my bbq .
I think I'd prefer one with a wire on it as I plan on getting a smoker soon enough so that way if I have one with the cable I can leave it in the meat while smoking is taking place.
