Re: Wood pellet smoker/grill, where to buy?
as a matter of interest lads.
What is the Daniel Boone like at direct grilling steaks, lamb cutlets etc.........?
I have a gas Broil King at the moment and would be selling this to help fund the pellet smoker.
Is the Daniel Boone still ok for direct grilling and not just smoking?

Just wondering, is there any place where i can purchase a wood pellet smoker in the UK, or in Europe, once they ship to Ireland?

Amaze-n smoker tube
Has anybody seen this gadget for sale in Europe?
I found a place in the US that sells it, and will ship, but the delivery cost is more than the actual tube.

Alright lads,

i also see you're from the north east. Im irish myself but was over visiting your neck of the woods back in February. I was staying in Staithes, but ventured up to Peterlee/horden/hartlepool on my travels. Great place and people.
What did you cook them ...

thermometer advice
Hi lads
Quick question, I'm on the look out for a decent but relatively inexpensive thermometer for my bbq .
I think I'd prefer one with a wire on it as I plan on getting a smoker soon enough so that way if I have one with the cable I can leave it in the meat while smoking is taking place.
