Hi steve, im getting good results now with the booker lump 1 chimney full holds the temp at 225 for about 3 hours in the excel with 1 stacker on and about 200 with another stacker but i haven't tried it with the third stacker,i'd like to think it will be about 225 with all three when the weather ...

hey guys, dont want to throw a spanner in the works but ive been payin £6.99 +V.A.T for 12 kilos of restaraunt grade lump wood from booker in oxford, sorry guys, still got the receipt if your interested. that said id pay more for better stuff but cant complain at the booker stuff.

I am thinking i will come down for a day with the kids but i doubt there will be enough chicken on site for my youngest boy and im not sure i should put anyone thru all my kids in 1 place at 1 time lol.

I went and cut all that skin off and most the fat, im gonna fire her up about 2am, will try and post some pics 2moz if i can work out how, the pro q hasnt even cooled down since the trout this alvo, IM AN ADDICT TO THE SMOKE, Thanks for the advice.

WOOHOO, found a fantastic butcher in the covered market in oxford called david jon butchers, explained what i wanted and he grabbed a full shoulder out and cut exactly what i think i want, 7lb in weight for a mere £11.22p. cut off at the hock squared with the blade bone still in, it has some skin on ...

cheers guys, the mesquite worked a treat cooked them for an hour and 20 at 220, im no expert on fish but i reckon they were pretty good, heres the nasty bit i hung them from the hooks in the lid, when i pulled the lid off all that was on the hooks was heads so i wont be posting pictures as they were ...
